Mark's areas of specialty are grief and loss and anxiety disorders. Mark is also skilled with regard to family challenges such as divorce, infertility, or other relationship struggles. He also works well with clients who are experiencing difficulities with depression, and is experienced with mindfulness and meditation practices.
Mark has a calming nature and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Counseling, and Motivational Interviewing to challenge, support, and provide the tools for emotional growth.
Mark completed his education at University of Phoenix where he earned a Master's of Science in Counseling in 2010, and is certified by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as well as the National Board for Certified Counselors. Mark works with adults age 18-75.
Mark has been practicing since 2010 and has experience in mental health, substance abuse counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy.
Mark's interests outside of counseling are spending time with his family, reading, martial arts, hiking, and all kinds of movies, good and bad.
